MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PUDDING (DIABETIC) | |
2 1/2 c. low fat milk 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. sugar 6 packets sweetener 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa 1/8 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla In a 2 quart microwave dish, stir milk and cornstarch until dissolved. Stir in sugar, sweetener, cocoa and salt. Cook 100% (high) stirring several times, 6 minutes or until thickened. Stir in butter and vanilla. This is really good. |
