Great recipe! It will become one of my regular cole slaw variations. I love to put it on Sun Slaw: 1 cup each (all shredded) red and green cabbage, carrot, jicama, onion and jerusalem artichoke. Add the dressing and toss well. Chill for an hour if you can wait.
