BACON AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. unseasoned croutons
2 c. onion and garlic croutons
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. milk
8 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
10-12 slices bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled

Coat a 9 x 11 x 2 inch casserole dish with vegetable spray. Place croutons in casserole dish and pour butter over croutons. Sprinkle grated cheese over butter and croutons. Mix milk, egg, and mustard and pour over cheese mixture. Sprinkle bacon crumbs evenly over dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow casserole to stand for 15 minutes. Serves 8-10.

I've always fixed the sausage, egg and cheese casserole for Christmas morning but this year I decided to try something different. My whole family decided that this was so much better. I'll be using this recipe from now on!
