BACON AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 c. croutons (cheddar and Romano)
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 to 5 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. dill
1/8 tsp. onion powder
8 slices of cooked crumbled bacon

Grease 10 x 6 inch pan (if doubled, use a 13 x 9 inch pan). Combine croutons and cheese. Place in bottom of pan. Combine eggs and milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and dill. Mix well. Pour over croutons and cheese. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes, until eggs are set.
