BACON & EGG CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. unseasoned croutons
2 c. onion & garlic croutons
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. milk
8 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
10 to 12 slices of crisp, crumbled bacon
Non-stick cooking spray

Spray a 9 x 11 inch casserole dish. Put in croutons and pour butter over them. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour mixture over croutons. Sprinkle bacon crumbs on top. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. Can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning. Recipe can be cut in half and baked for 30 minutes.
