EGG AND BACON CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
4 c. unseasoned croutons
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
8 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 (12 oz.) cooked and crumbled bacon

Place butter in an 11x7x1 inch baking dish. Heat butter in a 325 degree oven for 5 minutes or until melted, tilting to coat dish; remove from oven. Pour croutons over butter, sprinkle cheese over croutons and set aside.

Combine milk, eggs and mustard; mix well. Pour egg mixture over cheese and sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until set. Let stand at room temperature 5 to 10 minutes before serving. 6-8 servings.
