BACON AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. unseasoned croutons
2 c. onion and garlic croutons
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
8 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
10 - 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Coat 9 x 11 x 12 inch casserole with spray. Place croutons in dish. Pour butter over croutons. Sprinkle grated cheese. Mix milk, egg and mustard. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle evenly with bacon. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to set for 15 minutes. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
