CHICKEN TACO'S 
2 (4 oz.) cans white chunk chicken
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. granulated sugar
8 soft flour tortilla shells
Lettuce, shredded
Onion, chopped
Tomato, chopped
Cheddar cheese, grated
Vegetable oil for frying tortilla shells

Mix chicken, sour cream and sugar together in small bowl. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Fry shells in hot oil until brown, folding over (in half) to resemble corn shell. Cook until brown. Drain on paper towels. Put 2 tbsp. of chicken mixture in shell, add choice of toppings.
