DIANA'S CHICKEN TACOS DELIGHT 
1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
6 tbsp. oil (saute)
1/4 c. oil for frying
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 brown onion
1/2 tomato
1 tsp. pepper
Corn tortillas
Lettuce
Cheese
Tomatoes

Boil chicken for 1 hour on medium heat.

1. Chop chicken into chunks.

2. Add oil, onions, and 1/2 tomato into skillet, stir for 5 minutes.

3. Add chicken into tortillas and fold tortillas.

4. Place taco into frying pan with 1/4 cup oil.

5. Fry on each side until desired hardness.

6. Place taco on rack and add lettuce, cheese, tomatoes.
