6 pork chops 1 pkg. sm. egg noodles 1 can mushroom soup Place noodles in baking dish. Pour mushroom soup over noodles. Place pork chops on top of soup. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6. | |

I do not eat meat very often. So when a friend gave me 4 1-inch thick beef steak, I went rushing for a SIMPLE recipe. This is what I made and it was fantastic! Uncooked noodles came right texture. The steaks were so... tender. Thank for for a great, simple recipe.
