23 Ritz crackers 3/4 c. broken pecans 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix together and put into 9" buttered glass pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream or Dream Whip. | |
