BANANA MUFFINS 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. bananas
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Muffin tin papers

Cream shortening and sugar. Add one egg at a time; beat after each is added. Stir in bananas, then stir in dry ingredients just until moist. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Very happy with this recipe! My hubby loves PB and bananas so I didn't add the walnuts but I did add in a tbs of whipped PB....it was a hit! But next time I will try a teaspoon of the churchy PB. Thanks
