QUICK 'N EASY BROCCOLI AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. water

This can be made and cooked in same 1 quart casserole dish. Combine rice, broccoli, 1/2 of cheese and mushroom soup. Saute onion in butter, add this to other ingredients in casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

Good recipe accept I added milk instead of water, 1/2 american Cheese & 1/2 Cheddar cheese. Instead of sauteed onions, I used Frenches crispy onions. 1/2 can mixed in. Bake then last 10 min add the rest on top for a couple min. Very good.
