1-2-3 COFFEE BARS 
2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. warm coffee
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour

TOPPING:

1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) bag butterscotch chips or peanut butter chips
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Coconut (optional)

Mix all together except topping, put on a greased jelly roll pan. Then sprinkle the chips and nuts over the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
