LOW-FAT CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE PIE | |
1 (4-serving size pkg) sugar-free, fat-free instant chocolate pudding mix 1 3/4 cup fat-free milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 of an 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened 1/2 of an 8 oz container frozen light whipped cream, thawed 1 (6-ounce) reduced-fat chocolate-flavor crumb pie shell 1 cup fresh raspberries or strawberries 1 tbsp. grated semisweet chocolate In a bowl, prepare pudding mix as directed, using the 1-3/4 milk, stir in vanilla, set aside. In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream cheese on high for 15 seconds, stir. Microwave for another 15 seconds, stir. Beat cream cheese with mixer on medium speed for 15 seconds. Add half of pudding mix to cream cheese, beat until smooth. Add remaining pudding mix, beat until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped cream. Spread mix into pie shell. Chill for 4 hours. Top pie with remaining whipped cream, berries and grated chocolate. Total calories per slice; 180. Fat; 8 grams. Saturated fat; 4 grams. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
