| CHOCOLATE JELLO CREAM CHEESE PIE | |

1 package chocolate Jello 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature 1 tub Cool Whip 1 shortbread pie crust Add 1 1/2 cups milk to chocolate Jello mix, stir for 1 minute. Add softened cream cheese and blend until smooth. Fold in 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Spread mixture evenly in pie crust and refrigerate until set. Use remaining Cool Whip as pie topping. Enjoy! The cream cheese does not blend well with the pudding. I had to get out my hand electric mixer and mix at least 5 minutes before it was blended. Does not have a good chocolate taste. I grated a Hershey chocolate bar and folded it into the mixture. Also, grated one on the top for more chocolate.

Great recipe... I added 2 boxes of pudding for added sugar that I thought it needed... I also used sugar free pudding mix before... Its a great alternative for diabetics and people on low carb diets.
