BAKE AND EAT DONUTS | |
1/3 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg, beaten well 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 3 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup milk Cream butter and sugar; add beaten egg and mix well. Mix in dry ingredients and milk and vanilla. Fill greased or non-stick muffin tins 1/2 full. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes. CINNAMON SUGAR COATING: 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted 1 cup sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon Dip donuts in melted butter. Then roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Submitted by: Kitty |
