STRAWBERRY FIG PRESERVES | |
4 chopped ripe figs 3 c. sugar 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O Combine figs, sugar and Jell-O. Let stand for about 25 minutes. Then bring to boiling point, stirring frequently, cooking for about 5 to 7 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. For blackberry preserves, substitute blackberry Jell-O for the strawberry. |
