LONDON'S BEST BAKED DONUTS 
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter and sugar, add beaten egg and mix well. Mix in dry ingredients and milk. Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.

DONUT DIP:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Dip donuts in melted butter. Then roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture.

Wonder how these would work in my electric donut grills. I have 2 sizes of donut grills. I have used just cake mix in them and it works fine. I will have to give this a try?
