SEAFOOD NEWBURG 
1 (8 oz.) old English cheese
1 (8 oz.) American cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans evaporated milk
2 lb. shrimp
2 lb. scallops
2 lb. crabmeat
2 lb. haddock
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt cheeses, soup and milk in crock pot. Add shrimp, scallops, crabmeat and haddock. Let cook until done. The longer it sets, the better it is.
