SEAFOOD NEWBURG 
1 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen cooked lobster meat, about 2 c.
1 lb. cooked, shelled & deveined shrimp
3 tbsp. sherry (opt.)
6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Dash paprika
3 egg yolks
2 c. light cream

About 20 minutes before serving:

In large skillet over medium-high heat, in hot butter, stir flour, salt, nutmeg and paprika until blended. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks slightly and stir in cream and milk; stir into flour mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Add remaining ingredients, cook until heated. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
