SHISH KABOB FOR 4 
1-1 1/2 lb. round steak, cubed
1 green pepper, cut into 8-12 pieces
12 lg. mushroom caps
2-3 med. onions, sliced 1/2 inch thick
12 cherry tomatoes or 2-3 med. tomatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. lime juice
1 tbsp. dried rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Marinade beef cubes, green pepper slices, onion slices, mushroom caps for 6-8 hours. Arrange beef, peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes on skewers or broiling pan. Baste tomatoes with marinade. Broil, turning once, to desired doneness. Serve with herb rice, cottage cheese, red wine. Combine oil, lemon-lime juice, rosemary, salt and pepper for marinade. Stir well.
