ANTIPASTO PASTA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. spiral pasta or rotelle
1 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 c. chopped red, yellow green pepper
1/4 lb. hard salami, cut into thin strips
1 sm. red onion, cut into rings
1/4 to 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
3/4 c. Italian dressing

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add pasta and toss well. Serve chilled. 6 servings.
