COFFEE TOFFEE BARS 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
1-2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 c. chocolate chips

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. soft butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1-2 tbsp. milk

Cream butter, brown sugar and almond together. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add instant coffee and stir in chocolate chips. Press into well-greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

GLAZE: After bars cool, mix first 3 ingredients for glaze. Add 1-2 tablespoons milk until spreadable. Frost bars.
