OLD-TIME SNOWCAP EGGNOG 
Beat 2 eggs, 1 1/4 cups milk, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in a bowl with a whisk or egg beater. Pour the eggnog into two glasses and top each with a spoonful of ice cream. Drop a peppermint candy cane into each glass. Use it for a "stirrer".
