RHUBARB BARS | |
1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. butter 1 egg 1 tbsp. milk 2 c. rhubarb, cut in sm. pieces 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1/4 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter Combine 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in 1/4 cup butter. Add egg and mil; mix and pat into greased 9 inch cake pan. Cover with rhubarb and sprinkle with dry Jello mix. Mix remaining butter, sugar, and flour. Put on top of rhubarb. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
