GOLOBKI - STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 med. size head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. rice, cooked for 15 minutes & drained
1 egg
1 sm. onion, grated
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Mix all ingredients together, except cabbage. Parboil cabbage and separate leaves. Trim hard stems. Put about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll. Melt 1/8 cup of butter in bottom of casserole dish. Put cabbage rolls in and bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Pour 1 can of Campbell's tomato soup and 1/2 can water over casserole, and bake for another 15 minutes. Serves 4.
