EASY CHICKEN WONTONS 
4 chicken breasts
1/3 cup chopped red onion
2 oz. soft cream cheese
1 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper, to taste
wonton sheets (your favorite)

Sauté onions until translucent. Add pre-boiled shredded chicken and the rest of the ingredients except the wontons. Stir until all is mixed and remove from heat. Let it sit for 3 minutes so the heat doesn't tear the wonton.

Once cooled begin to fill the wontons with the chicken mixture, fold (like an egg roll) and fry in oil. They should fry rather quickly, so stay attentive.
