GRANDMA'S CREAMY NO-FAIL
MARSHMALLOW FUDGE
 
2 cups sugar
1 (10 oz.) bag marshmallows
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Butter pan for fudge. Use any pan you want either making the fudge in thin or thicker squares, set aside.

Put the chocolate chips, butter and vanilla in a large bowl.

Put sugar, marshmallows and evaporated milk in a frying pan. Mix all together. Cook over medium-low heat stirring often until marshmallows melt and mixture comes to a slow boil.

Pour over chocolate chip mixture, stir until chocolate chips are melted. Pour into prepared pan and smooth out with spatula.

Chill in refrigerator until set.
