CHICKEN & PASTA CASSEROLE 
8 oz. any pasta or noodles
Chicken or turkey, cooked & cut up
1/2 c. frozen peas
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. sour cream
Milk
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cheese to top
Parsley flakes to taste (pinch)

Cook noodles to desired tenderness, drain. Mix soup and sour cream, add milk to make about 2 cups sauce (a gravy consistency). Stir all ingredients and spices together, put in 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
