GUACAMOLE SALAD DIP 
3 soft, but not overly ripe avocados
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. chopped mild diced peppers
1 sm. diced tomato
Season to taste with

Season with: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, a shake of chili powder and cayenne pepper, shake of Tabasco sauce (optional) and a squeeze of lemon.

Peel and finely mash avocados. Add cream cheese that has been softened and stirring with a fork, blend in cream cheese. Mix well. Fold in tomatoes and diced chili. Season to taste with above. Mix well. Serve chilled with Tortilla Chips.
