QUICK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breast halves, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
2 cans (10 3/4 oz. ea.) cream of chicken soup
1 c. (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
30 rich round crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
Hot cooked rice or egg noodles

Combine chicken, soup, and sour cream. Pour in greased 2 quart baking dish. Combine crackers and butter; sprinkle over chicken. Preheat gas oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve over hot cooked rice or egg noodles, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
