ORANGE JELLO ICE CREAM SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls stirring until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Beat with rotary beater until fluffy. Fold in oranges. Chill until set. 9 servings.
