STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
5 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 qt. strawberries
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients except strawberries and Cool Whip until soft dough forms. Spread in ungreased round glass pie plate. Bake at 425 degrees 12-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into serving size pieces and add strawberries and Cool Whip.
