STRAWBERRY DELIGHT SHORTCAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip topping, thawed
Fresh whole strawberries for garnish

Bake cake in sheet pan, cool and leave in pan. Prick cake with fork at 1/2 inch intervals. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and pour carefully over cake. Chill 3-4 hours. Top with whipped topping. Chill. Garnish. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
