E-Z STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 
1 angel food cake
1 sm. container Cool Whip
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 c. strawberries

Cut cake in half to make layer. Place bottom on plate. Add almond extract to Cool Whip. Stir. Ice the top of cake generously. Place sliced berry around Cool Whip. Add top of cake. Ice and add berries to top and sides of cake. Serve immediately. Does not store well except in freezer.
