EGG SALAD 
6 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1 c. celery, cut on angle
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. salad dressing
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 strips bacon, fried crisply and crumbled
2 olives, chopped

Cut eggs into large pieces and chill. Mix the eggs with other ingredients and serve.
