PEACH AND PINEAPPLE DUMP CAKE
Try "S&W® Sweet Memory Recipe Peaches" in flavored cinnamon and brown sugar for the peaches!

1 pkg. cake mix (yellow or pineapple)
1 can chunky yellow cling peaches
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 to 1 1/2 cups crushed nuts of choice (walnuts or pecans)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease (bottom only) of a 13x9-inch cake pan.

Melt cubed butter in microwave and set aside (I use 50% power).

Open canned goods and dump into cake pan. If desired cut peaches into smaller pieces, no need to do this prior, just cut them while they are in the pan.

Sprinkle entire (dry) cake mix on top of fruit. Sprinkle desired nuts on cake mix. Pour melted butter evenly over nuts.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Note: Cake will appear wet and uncooked but once cooked it is delicious, almost cobbler in nature. It is especially good served warm a la mode (with ice cream).

Excellent dessert recipe, everyone loves it. My Mother makes this dump cake the same way but with canned cherries instead of canned peaches. Don't forget to serve hot with whip cream or ice cream!

Take any cake mix, add any soda, stir till it's cake batter consistency and bake in sprayed pan... DONE and delish!!! My favorite is coconut cake mix and sprite or 7-up... I also throw in a handful of shredded coconut... Pair any cake mix with soda... That's it!
