STEPHANIE'S EASY PORK CHOPS | |
This meal goes great with baked sweet potatoes and green beans. 4-6 pork chops (I like bone-in) vegetable oil salt and pepper basil rosemary Preheat oven to 350°F. Get out your pork chops (defrosted, of course) and put on large dish or cutting board. Take one and lightly coat the top part of your pork chop with vegetable oil. Coat lightly with salt. Coat, generously, with pepper, basil and rosemary. Put in large baking pan and bake at 350°F until done (internal temperature reaches 160°F). Enjoy! Serves 4 to 6. Submitted by: Stephanie Lusi |
