RICK'S WIFE'S SPECTACULAR PORK
CHOPS

Damn, these are good!

pork chops (boneless or bone in)

EQUAL AMOUNTS OF:

brown sugar
vinegar
soy sauce

Marinate the pork chops in that stuff in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Then cook 'em on the grill (preferred) or in the skillet on "medium". After marinating they'll cook up soft and tender.

Note: Like anything, they're good in the skillet if you cook them hot first to establish a coating, then medium and covered 'till the whole thing gets cooked.

I am going to try this. The 3 ingredient marinade has ALL the right combo to actually make this superior. Please - submit any other great recipes - your sweetie cooks for you.
