STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6-8 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken or pork flavor)
Salt
Pepper

Brown pork chops. Place in 13"x9" baking pan. Make stuffing as indicated on box. Place a mound of stuffing on top of each pork chop. Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water and pour evenly over each pork chop. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until pork chops are cooked (depends on thickness of chops).

I used Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup, only because my husband doesn't like anything with mushroom, and this is probably the easiest and most delicious recipe for SPC's that I've ever used. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Just use cream of chicken, or cream of broccoli soup instead, if the mushroom soup is a problem. I used cream of chicken. I also didn't put the stuffing on top the of the chops. I cut pockets into the chops and actually stuffed them, like it's supposed to be. Makes for a much moister chop. If you have stuffing left over after stuffing, make a bed of it in the pan, then cover all with the soup. I had to bake mine close to an hour before it was done.
