POST RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) box Post Raisin Bran 1 c. oil 1 qt. buttermilk 5 tsp. baking soda 3 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 5 c. all purpose flour 1 tsp. salt Mix all dry ingredients in large pan. Add eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator; use as needed within 6 weeks. Fill muffin pan 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
