RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. all-purpose flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Bake in muffin tins 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. (You can store the mixture in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.)
