RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal 3 c. sugar 5 c. flour 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 c. cooking oil 1 qt. buttermilk Blend cooking oil, eggs and milk. Add cereal to liquid. Let set until cereal softens. Sift all dry ingredients together. Blend liquids with dry ingredients. Grease muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Keep batter in refrigerator until all is used. Will keep for 6 weeks. |
