GRANDMA'S EASY RHUBARB CRISP 
A family favorite!

3 cups diced rhubarb
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, beat egg and stir in sugar and flour. Add rhubarb and blend. Spoon into prepared pan.

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup all-purpose flour

Combine butter, brown sugar and flour. Cut into crumbs. Sprinkle over rhubarb in pan.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
