1 c. confectioners sugar 2 c. unprepared flour 1/2 lb. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Between 1 pint and 1 quart of pecans, chopped. A spoonful or two of milk if dough gets too thick. Mix confectioners sugar and butter. Add flour and vanilla. Add pecans. Roll into long rolls on waxed paper. Place in ice box overnight. Cut in thin slices. Bake at 300 degrees until light brown. |
