1 3/4 cups self-rising flour 1 cup heavy cream (not half and half) These are the easiest biscuits I have ever made, and so so good. My mother gave me this recipe but I don't know where she got it. Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix flour and cream together. Knead about 8 times. Roll (or pat) out about 1/2-inch thick on a floured surface. Cut out in 2" rounds or just cut in squares.
