BONELESS PORK CHOPS
1 lb. boneless pork chops, 1/4 inch thick
butter for frying
Pepper
1/4 c. minced green onion
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 c. canned chicken broth (College Inn brand is good)
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup or more to taste (I use 4)
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Have butcher cut chops 1/4-inch thick or flatten between wax paper. Pepper both sides. Melt butter in skillet. Saute pork 4 minutes per side. Remove from pan. Saute green onion in same pan 30 seconds. Mix in mustard and chicken broth. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in maple syrup and vinegar and cook another 5 minutes. Put chops back in skillet and heat through about 2 minutes. Serve chops with sauce poured over.

Very good and easy and quick. Had no green onions so used yellow instead. Also used 4 teaspoons of Maple Syrup.

I'm not much of a cook, but this was delicious! Even my 6 yr old and 2 yr old liked it! I didn't have red wine vinegar so i used white cooking wine and a splash of vinegar. Like I said not much of a cook, so didn't really know how to substitute, but it still came out delicious. Thank you!

This recipe was GREAT! I used 4 tablespoons of maple syrup also and it was a little too sweet so I recommend 3 tablespoons of maple syrup. The red wine vinegar does cut the sweetness. It will be part of our favorites for sure! thanks so much for such a great share!

This is my second time with this recipe. Love it, I added garlic to the green onions, about four smouched with a knife then chopped. I also started the dish by sautéing 8oz. of bella sliced mushrooms over medium heat until all the water in the mushrooms has stemmed off. Then I followed the recipe used 3 tablespoons of maple. Syrup. Added back the mushrooms with the pork chops, yum.
