SARAH'S CHICKEN FETTUCCINI
ALFREDO
 
4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
fresh minced garlic
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 (16 oz.) pkg. fettuccine noodles
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
1 (12 oz.) bag frozen broccoli cuts
1/2 (24 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese (Kraft)
1 (23 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (family size)

Cut up chicken into chunks and fry in pan with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, fresh garlic and chopped mushrooms.

In medium size pan boil water for noodles with butter. Add your noodles, cook and drain. Once drained add all the remaining ingredients including chicken from pan. Heat through.

Top with extra Parmesan cheese if you desire. Serve hot and enjoy!
