BANANA BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 extra ripe bananas (1 c.)
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. blueberries
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Puree bananas. In medium bowl, combine bananas, eggs, sugar and butter until well blended. Stir in blueberries and vanilla. In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture until moist. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 12.

This was such a good recipe. I made the muffins gluten free by swapping the wheat flour and replacing it with buckwheat and rice flour and an extra egg. They turned out yum.
